Who we are

Software for one underserved job, and services for the people around it

LimeStone Academic Workspace Services (LSAWS) designs professional tools for the higher education sector. We build products that simplify institutional workflows, strengthen industry relationships, and give academic professionals the infrastructure they need to do their work with confidence.

We didn't start from a market map. We started by watching how Placement Officers actually spend their days — and building the tool that job was missing.

Along the way we kept meeting employers with openings and job seekers with no clear route to them. So we added workforce services: helping skilled freshers and general workforce candidates find genuine openings, with clear terms and honest expectations.

Our Mission

To give every placement officer in every college — Tier 1 or Tier 3, urban or rural — access to the same quality of professional tools that enterprise sales teams take for granted. The people doing this work deserve software designed for them, not adapted from something else.

Our Vision

An India where institutional placement infrastructure is no longer held together by spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, and overflowing inboxes — but by purpose-built, reliable, privacy-respecting software that makes the work genuinely easier.

Why We Exist

Corporate relations work is deeply relationship-driven. Placement officers spend years building trust with recruiters — only to lose that history when people change roles or move on. We built LimeStone so the history stays.
